In the upper left hand corner of this page you may have noticed something new. Yes, MyPleeps.com now has our own customized logo thanks to my mediocre drawing skills, and best buddy ZenElement’s awsomeness in photoshop. I am so amazed at how this site is coming out, and I know that in the near future we will be having lots more to bring to the community. We have a lot planned and hope you keep chewcking back in with us for all you Plurking news and needs. Today marked the release of a new widget format into Plurk. This new Plurk widget is very customizable and allows for a very unique and user friendly style. The old widgets only customizable feature allowed you to re size the height of the widget. The new widget has several more implemented features and they are as follows:

This is a post about what is probably the most used word on plurk ever. Karma, who needs it? Well need is a strong word. Lets break this down. You need air. You need water. You need food, clothing, shelter, and SOCIAL INTERACTION! Sure karma is a nice thing to have, but why? To get some new emoticons? To change your timeline a little? Look up the definition of the word Pleeps. What do you think you might find there. Well, here I will fill you in on the newest and possibly the greatest definition of Pleeps ever.

The Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary defines Pleeps as:

Sandpiper \Sand”pi`per\, n.
1. Any one of numerous species of small limicoline
game birds belonging to {Tringa}, {Actodromas},
{Ereunetes}, and various allied genera of the family.

2.  A small lamprey eel; the pride.
